Cabinet rules and regulations

  1. Before using the cabinet, the user should carefully read the instructions on the cabinet regarding the closing and opening procedure, and then remember or keep the number and PIN code for that cabinet.
  2. Cabinets are blocked by providing a 4-digit PIN by the user.
  3. Users may not store items in the storage compartments that can dirty them, damage them or pose a threat to the safety or convenience of people staying in the Center or the facility itself. If security personnel find that items left in the cabinet are subject to the provisions of this section, security staff of the Center may open this cabinet and secure the objects placed in it to clarify the situation.
  4. Locker facilities can only be stored during times when the Center is open.
  5. After closing the Center, the user can do things the next day.
  6. If the user cannot open the cabinet, he should contact the information point at +48531901772. The person collecting items from the deposit must provide a receipt. Confirm your pickup in the cabinet opening report.
  7. To prepare a handover report, you must provide an ID. Non-adults can collect their belongings only in the presence of their parents or legal guardians.
  8. Items left in lockers are not insured against theft or burglary (robbery is extended for the risk of vandalism).
  9. Galeria Kazimierz is not responsible for items left in cupboards.
  10. Items not picked up within 14 days of their departure will be subject to destruction by a decision taken by the committee.
